Changes & Cancellations Policy
Effective Date: April 21, 2025
Thank you for choosing Pacer Packaging. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes or cancellations to your custom packaging order. Because each project is produced to meet specific customer requirements, we ask that you carefully review the following policy.
- Order Changes
We are happy to accommodate order changes prior to proof approval. This includes changes to:
- Artwork files
- Packaging specifications (size, material, finish, etc.)
- Quantity
- Shipping or billing information
If changes are requested after proof approval, we will do our best to implement them; however, we cannot guarantee they can be made, as the order is officially in production once proofs are approved.
To request a change, please contact us immediately at theteam@pacerprint.com or call 888-305-3144 with your order number and requested updates.
- Cancellations
Order cancellations may only be requested before proof approval or production begins. Once artwork has been approved and your job has entered production, we are unable to cancel the order due to the custom nature of the work.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order qualifies for cancellation, we will confirm and process it. Any costs incurred up to that point (e.g., proof preparation, materials sourcing) may be deducted from any eligible refund or credit.
- Refunds for Cancellations
If your order is canceled before production has started, we may issue a partial refund depending on the progress and costs already incurred. Orders that have entered production are non-refundable.
- Urgent Situations
We know that unexpected changes can happen. If you have an urgent request, reach out to us immediately. We will do our best to work with you and find a reasonable solution.
