All products are custom-made based on your specifications. Orders are considered final once proofs are approved. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including shipping and taxes. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
- Proof Approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs before production begins. Once a proof is approved, Pacer Packaging is not liable for errors in design, spelling, colors, or content.
- Turnaround Time
Production timelines begin only after proof approval. We make every effort to meet stated turnaround times, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Rush options may be available upon request.
- Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be submitted before proof approval. Once production has begun, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed and may result in additional costs. For full details, please refer to our Changes & Cancellations Policy.
- Refund and Returns
Because all items are custom printed, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds due to change of mind. If there is a material or production issue, contact us within 5 business days and we will work with you to resolve the issue. For full details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Intellectual Property
You represent that you have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted. Pacer Packaging is not responsible for verifying copyright or trademark ownership.
- Limitation of Liability
Pacer Packaging is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
