What Is Copy Position?
Copy position (also called unwind direction) refers to how your labels come off the roll—what part of the label faces "first" when the roll is unwound. It's all about the orientation of your label when it's being applied to your product.

The 5 Main Options
There are five common choices: (1) Top Off First – The top of the label comes off the roll first. (2) Bottom Off First – The bottom of the label leads. (3) Left Off First – The left side of the label comes off first. (4) Right Off First – The right side of the label is first. (5) No Preference – You’re open to any orientation.
