As a business-to-business provider of custom printed packaging, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products tailored specifically to your brand. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we have specific policies in place regarding refunds and returns.
- All Sales Are Final
Because all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the product meets the approved proof and specifications. We encourage our customers to carefully review all proofs and details prior to final approval.
- Reporting an Issue
If you believe there is an issue with your order—such as a printing error, material defect, or a problem that differs from the approved specifications—please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
To report an issue, please email theteam@pacerprint.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos of the problem
- Resolution Process
Our team will review your submission promptly. If the issue is found to be the result of an error on our end, we will work closely with you to determine the best course of action. This may include:
- Reprinting part or all of your order
- Offering a credit for future use
- Providing an alternative solution that meets your satisfaction
We are committed to finding a resolution that is fair, timely, and aligned with our high standards of quality and service.
- Limitations
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Products that match the approved proof but no longer meet your needs
- Mistakes in the artwork or specifications that were approved by the customer
- Damage caused by incorrect handling or storage after delivery
