Custom NFC & RFID labels
Tap-Ready NFC Tags, Custom Branded
Your custom NFC labels launch a webpage, video, digital business card, loyalty offer, or payment link the instant a customer taps their phone. No app required. We print full-color branding directly onto the tag face, so it looks like part of your product, not a sticker slapped on top.

RFID Labels That Track Everything
Our custom RFID labels are built for inventory accuracy, asset tracking, and supply-chain visibility. Whether you need LF, HF, or UHF RFID tags, we encode each label to your exact data schema and print human-readable barcodes or text alongside the chip for hybrid scanning.

FAQ
What's the difference between NFC labels and RFID labels?
NFC (Near Field Communication) is a type of RFID technology built specifically for very short-range, one-to-one interactions, like a customer tapping their phone on a product. RFID is a broader category that also includes longer-range tags read by dedicated scanners, often without any direct contact, and frequently used to read many tags at once. If you want customers or staff to interact directly with a smartphone, choose NFC. If you need to track inventory, pallets, or assets at a distance, RFID is the better fit.
Can I put my own logo and design on the labels?
Yes. Every NFC and RFID label from PacerPrint is fully custom printed. Your logo, brand colors, artwork, and even variable data like serial numbers or QR codes can be added to the label face. We’ll send a free digital proof before anything goes into production.
Do customers need a special app to use NFC labels?
No. Both iPhone and Android phones have NFC readers built in, so a simple tap opens whatever action you’ve programmed. A website, video, contact card, or payment link. No app download is required for the customer.
What data can be encoded on a custom RFID label?
RFID labels can be encoded with product IDs, serial numbers, batch or lot data, asset tags, URLs, or any structured data your inventory or asset management system requires. We can also print matching barcodes or human-readable text on the same label for backup scanning.
Are NFC and RFID labels waterproof and durable?
We offer label materials rated for indoor retail use, outdoor exposure, refrigeration, and industrial environments, including waterproof, UV-resistant, and high-heat options. Tell us where the label will live and we’ll recommend the right substrate and laminate.
What's the minimum order quantity for custom NFC or RFID labels?
We work with businesses at every stage, from small pilot batches to large enterprise rollouts. Order size affects unit pricing, but there’s no order too small to get started. Reach out with your target quantity and we’ll quote it.
