Thank you for choosing Pacer Packaging. This Payment Policy outlines the terms under which payments are processed for custom orders placed through www.pacerprint.com. As a business-to-business (B2B) provider, we strive to make our payment process clear, professional, and efficient.
- Quotes & Invoicing
All projects begin with a formal quote based on the product specifications provided by the client. Quotes are valid for a limited time as stated in the quote. Once a quote is approved by the customer, an official invoice will be generated and emailed to the client.
- Deposit Requirement
To initiate the proofing and production process, we require a 50% deposit of the total invoice amount. No proofs will be created and no production will begin until the deposit is received. The deposit confirms your commitment and secures your spot in our production schedule.
- Final Payment
Once production is complete, you will receive a notification along with an invoice requesting payment of the remaining 50% balance.
Orders will not be shipped or released until the final payment has been received in full. No exceptions.
- Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- ACH/wire transfer
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Company checks (must clear before production begins or order is released)
Payment instructions and accepted methods will be included with your invoice.
- No Payment Plans
We do not offer payment plans. Full payment must be received in accordance with the structure outlined above.
- Late Payments
Delays in deposit or final payment will result in corresponding delays in proofing, production, or shipment. We are not responsible for missed deadlines or project timelines due to late payments.
